New pizza company hosting job fair

Sault College Employment Solutions, in partnership with East St. Pizza Company, will be hosting a job fair on Wednesday, July 3 from 4 to 6 p.m. The job fair will be held at Employment Solutions on the 4th floor of Station Tower, at 421 Bay Street.

Jane, Owner and Chef of J.Caroline’s is expanding her culinary delights with a new downtown restaurant set to offer busy downtowners pizza, salads and coffee. East St. Pizza Company will be opening this summer in the former Mrs. B’s location on East Street.

Five staff will be hired for the new dining establishment, with full-time and part-time positions available for line cook and counter attendant. East St. Pizza Company is looking for those with at least two years of experience in customer service or cooking. Line cooks require a Safe Food Handling Certificate.

Those interested in applying should attend the East St. Pizza Company job fair on Wednesday, July 3 from 4 to 6 pm at Employment Solutions. Please bring a resume and cover letter. Applicants meeting the minimum qualifications may receive an interview during the job fair.
