Library to offer Spanish classes for adults and children

The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library has partnered with the Northern Hispanic Culture Association to bring you Spanish language classes for adults and children!

A beginner level adult class will run on Tuesday evenings from Sept. 11 to Nov. 27. An intermediate level adult class will run on Thursday evenings from Sept. 13 to Nov. 29. Classes will take place at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library from 5-6:30 p.m. Please call the Reference and Information Department at 705-759-5236 to enroll. Enrollment is now open!

A new Spanish language class for children will run every Saturday from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. in the Children’s Department at the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library.

Classes run from Saturday, Sept. 15 to Saturday, Dec. 1. Enrollment begins on Thursday, Aug. 23. Children ages 7-11 are welcome to enrol by calling 705-759-5241. For more information please email [email protected].
