NEWS RELEASE
SAULT STE. MARIE PUBLIC LIBRARY
*************************
June is seniors month! The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library (SSMPL) recognizes the many contributions older adults have made and continue to make in our community.

In celebration of seniors month, the staff at SSMPL have created the Boomers and Beyond Trivia Challenge! The trivia challenge is ongoing and available from Friday, June 18 to Friday, July 2, 2021.

Trivia buffs of all generations are welcome to test their knowledge, but we have a feeling the 'Boomers' will score the highest! All participants will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a gift basket filled with local products!

Participants born in or before 1966 will earn 4 entry ballots for completing the trivia challenge. Participants born after 1966 will earn 1 entry ballot for completing the trivia challenge.

The draw will be made in early July once all ballots have been counted.

The Trivia Challenge can be accessed through the following link.

For those who wish to put pen to paper, paper packages are available for pick up at both SSMPL locations. All completed trivia forms must be returned to one of our library locations by Friday July 2.

Library locations:

  • James L McIntyre Centennial Library – 50 East St. Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 3C3
  • North Branch – 232 C Northern Ave. E Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6B 4H6
