Legion Hap Ki Do Club to host women's self defense workshop

Women’s Self Defense Workshop Sunday, May 5th 

The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 25, and the Legion Hap Ki Do Club are proud to present the first, in a series of three, workshops to keep our fellow citizens safer.

This workshop is open to ladies age 16 and up.

If you are in Real Estate, or if you are responsible for closing up shop, you are a target, and this workshop may well save you from serious injury or worse.

• Time: 10 a.m. - Noon
