Looking for a car wash or garage sale this Saturday? Want some hot dogs and burgers as well?

Come on down to the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a garage sale/car wash & BBQ, with all proceeds going to Marija Martineau's Live Different humanitarian trip to Mexico.

MARIJA HAS REACHED HER GOAL!!

She leaves for Mexico August 2 for 10 days, and the flight ($1,100) and any needed spending are not included so Marija is having a fundraising day-car wash/multi-family garage sale/bbq at the Bushplane Museum.

ALL proceeds to go towards flight costs (thank you Jack Purvis/KC Roofing/KC Security) Saturday, June 27 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.

There will be tons of posters so you can't miss it.

From Marija:

"I have received donations from multiple people for the garage sale. There will be everything from housing appliances to clothing. If anyone has any other donations, please contact me this week and I can pick them up. All vehicles will be $5 for a wash and any further donation would be greatly appreciated! There will be hot dogs and drinks available around noon. All proceeds will go towards the plane ticket for my humanitarian trip to Mexico. I hope to see you all out there!"
