The Group Health Centre needs to hear from you Sault Ste. Marie, ON

In an effort to better serve our patients, the Group Health Centre (GHC) will be conducting a series of focus groups in partnership with the Sault College Public Relations and Event Management (PEM) Program.

Six to twelve people will be led by a group of PEM students in a comfortable 90 minute discussion regarding a proposed initiative to reduce out-of-pocket costs for patients at the GHC.

While participants will be asked about their experiences visiting the Group Health Centre, these focus groups are not related to patient care.

Participants will not be asked to reveal any personal health information, and all comments will be recorded anonymously.

Focus groups will be offered at the following times:

1) Monday March 9th, 2:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

2) Tuesday March 10th, 6 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

3) Wednesday March 11th, 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

4) Thursday March 12th, 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.
