Ferrovial Services North America, in cooperation with Sault College Employment Solutions, will be hosting an online information session and virtual hiring event for applicants interested in working in roadway maintenance roles for the 2020-21 winter season. The session will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 2 p.m.

Ferrovial Services is looking to hire numerous workers for both season equipment operator and seasonal patrol maintenance technician positions. Current patrol areas being recruited for include Thessalon, Goulais River, Wawa, and Chapleau.

Ideal candidates for both roles will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of three years’ prior experience in construction, road maintenance, or similar outdoors work. A DZ license and a good driving record is required for Seasonal Equipment Operator positions. For Seasonal Patrol Maintenance Technician roles, a DZ license or the ability to obtain is a preferred qualification.
