As co-author of The Toyota Way to Service Excellence: Lean Transformation in Service Organizations, Lean consultant and executive coach Karyn Ross drew from original research and real-world examples to apply Lean principles to industries where quality of service is crucial for success.

Regarded as a must-read for service professionals at every level, the book, co-written with bestselling author Jeff Liker (The Toyota Way series), won the internationally recognized Shingo Publication Award from the prestigious Shingo Institute, part of the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
