The Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds kept with their local theme in the final ten rounds of the draft grabbing two more players from the Sault Ste.

The Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds stayed close to home again for their fifth round pick in the OHL Draft as they selected Sault Ste. Marie North Stars defenceman Dylan King with the 85th overall pick.

Sault Ste. Marie North Stars forward Brett Perlini is staying very close to home as the local product was selected in the third round, 41st overall by the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.

Oshawa Generals General Manager Brad Selwood made the trip to North Bay to watch the Central Region Midget AAA Championships. He was looking forward to watching the Sault Ste. Marie North Stars in action.

Registration is now open for the ultimate frisbee co-ed summer league. Games are on Wednesday nights, starting May 31 and go until mid-August. Cost is $20 which includes an end of season party.
