A shootout with some former teammates has led to a viral video for Sault Ste. Marie native, and former NHL goaltender, Marty Turco.

Turco and former University of Michigan teammates Brendan Morrison, who also spent an extended period in the NHL, and Mike Legg were at their alma mater to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the school's 1996 NCAA hockey national title.

During a game against Michigan Tech on Friday, the trio participated in an intermission promotion that saw the three score consecutively in a shootout. The trio shot from the slot at one end of the ice and had to score in a cutout in front of the net at the other end of the rink.

Turco and Morrison each scored before Legg took the puck on his stick and shot it through the air before it bounced and slid into the net. Legg is famous for scoring a lacrosse-style goal from behind the net against the University of Minnesota in the 1996 NCAA tournament.
