The St. Basil Saints are still in first place in the senior division of the girls high school basketball league following play on Tuesday. The Saints got 12 points from Katie Hamilton en route to a 56-37 win over the Bawating Braves.

The Saints got 12 points from Katie Hamilton en route to a 56-37 win over the Bawating Braves. Stephanie Thayer led the Braves with 11 points. In other senior division games: Amanda Evans hit for 15 points as the White Pines Wolverines edged the Sir James Dunn Eagles 27-23. Janine Olthuis led the Dunn with eight points. Julia Colizza's 11 points lifted the Mount St. Joseph Royals past the Korah Colts 34-32. Shannon Clement led the Colts with nine points. St. Basil has a record of 3-0, followed by St. Mary's Knights (who had the bye on Tuesday) at 2-0, Bawating at 1-1, Mount at 1-2, Sir James Dunn at 1-2, White Pines at 1-2 and Korah at 0-2.
