The champions of the 2005 Mayor's Cup hockey tournament will be crowned on Saturday night at the Pee Wee Arena.

In the second set of semi-final games on Friday night, the Clarica/Blueliners Bulls scored a 7-5 win over the Wawa Travellers in the open division while Smack Daddy's knocked off Stitch King/Weedman 7-5 in the 33-and-over division.

The Bulls will now meet A.J. Bus Lines in the open division championship final while Smack Daddy's will meet Tulloch Engineering in the 33-and-over division.

Action begins on Saturday at 7 p.m with the 33-and-over final followed by the open division championship at 8:30 p.m.

Gary Roach and Denny Lambert paced the Bulls with two goals each in their semi-final win while singles went to Mark Losa, Beau Neveau and John Bossio. Dave Wray and Trevor Bernath scored twice each for Wawa while Travis Gendron added the other.

In Smack Daddy's win, Frank Porco scored twice while Brent Smith, Rich Brown, Barry Bissonette, Trevor Robidoux and Tony Jameaus added one each. Tim Burton scored twice for Stitch King/Weedman while single went to Lou Melchiorre, Randy Latvanen and Mike Johnson.
