Mac MacDougall has only studied martial arts with the brand new Legion Hap Ki Do Club for about five months, but that was long enough for her to earn two Grand Champion Trophies in the only two tournaments she entered.

Last February, Mac won the Grand Champion Award at the Twin Soo Martial Arts Championship held at the Lake Superior State University, and (this past weekend) Mac extended her winning streak by earning the Under Black Belt Grand Champion Trophy at the Provincial Martial Arts Tournament in Elliott Lake. This win allows Mac to advance to the National Martial Arts Championships to be held in Ottawa on May 17-19, 2019.
