Goaltending wise, Martin Perreault picked up four wins in the nets and Luke Oshell one for North Bay, while Shane Bellini won three and lost five for the Junior Hounds vs. the SkyHawks.

Points wise, Jerome Briere was 8-7-15 for North Bay vs. the Junior Hounds. For the Junior Hounds, Joey Coccimiglio was 4-4-8 in games against North Bay.

Shots on goal for the season series were even at 238 with the Skyhawks goaltending tandem having a .920 save percentage and Bellini an .853 mark. Skyhawks had eight power play goals and the Jr. Greyhounds six.

The team leading after the second period of each game went on to win the game. The NOJHL best-of-seven championship series opens in North Bay this Friday night, with game two at Sault Memorial Gardens next Monday at 7 p.m.
