The Greyhounds today peddled import defenceman Jiri Drtina to the Guelph Storm for four draft picks. In what is expected to be the first of moves made prior to the Jan. 10 OHL trade deadline, Hounds' coach/general manager John Vaniesbrouck dealt Drtina and a sixth-round pick at the '03 draft to the Guelph Storm. In return, the Hounds' get Guelph's second and fourth round picks in '03 plus the Storm's sixth and seventh round selections in '04. Drtina, a rookie, had five goals and 18 points in 40 games with the Hounds this season. He was their first pick at the '02 Canadian Hockey League import draft.
