The Soo Greyhounds completed a minor trade on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds dealt the rights to forward Greg Jambrosich to the Niagara IceDogs. In return the Greyhounds receive a conditional 15th round draft pick in 2015.

Jambrosich was cut by the Greyhounds in training camp and is currently with the St. Catharines Falcons Jr. B team where he has 11 goals and 30 points in 24 games this season.

The Greyhounds acquired Jambrosich from the Sudbury Wolves prior to the trade deadline last season along with Cody Mintz and a conditional fourth round pick in a trade that saw Michael Kantor and a conditional 15th round pick head to Sudbury.

Jambrosich had one assist in 14 games with the Greyhounds.

Jambrosich is expected to make his debut with the IceDogs on Thursday night against Erie.

In another deal, the Plymouth Whalers, who are in town on Wednesday to face the Greyhounds, dealt goaltender Darien Ekblad to the Saginaw Spirit in exchange for a 13th round draft pick.
