Cougars sign Sault guard from St. Mary's College

The Sault College Men’s Basketball team is excited to announce the commitment of Gianni Viotto for the upcoming 2019-20 season.

Gianni comes to Sault College after a very successful career at St. Mary’s College. A 6’2 guard, Gianni helped lead the Knights to a city championship and NOSSA championship. He also made an appearance at AAA OFSAA.

Head Coach Pat Murray said “we are excited to have Gianni on-board for the upcoming season. Gianni is a high energy, knock down three-point shooter and brings with him the right culture and work ethic that I am looking for in building this program”.

Studying under the Business program, Gianni is the son of Susie and Ollie Viotto and has a brother who currently plays basketball at St. Mary’s College.
