Sault Ste. Marie’s high school hockey finalists have been determined.

The St. Mary’s Knights earned one of the two spots on Wednesday with a two-game sweep of the Superior Heights Steelhawks and the Korah Colts earned the other spot on Thursday night.

A third-period goal by Ty Zachary was the difference as the Colts beat the CASS Huskies 1-0 Thursday at the John Rhodes Community Centre, giving the Colts a sweep of the Huskies.

Dawson Hunter picked up the shutout for the Colts in Thursday’s win.

The Colts opened the series on Wednesday with a 4-2 win thanks to a goal and an assist each from Conor Caruso, Michael Neveau, and Noah Sehovic.

The best-on-5 city final between the Colts and Knights opens on Feb. 20.

Puck drop at the John Rhodes Community Centre is set for 3:30 p.m.
