As the rep baseball program looks to continue to grow locally, a pair of Soo Black Sox teams competed in tournament action locally over the weekend.

The Soo Black Sox 15U team, competing at the bantam major level this season, hosted a five-team invitational tournament that included their U14 counterparts from Sault Ste. Marie along with teams from Rudyard, North Bay and Valley East.

The three-day event wrapped up on Sunday evening.

The U15 team finished fourth after going 2-2 through round robin action.
