A weak cold front will move across the region late Monday to bring this week's only risk for precipitation and usher in colder air. With temperatures well above freezing, that front may only bring a shower overnight that moves out by Tuesday. Otherwise, the rest of this week will be dominated by high-pressure that will bring sunny skies and keep away the risk of any snow. The next active weather system moves in late Friday to bring clouds at the end of the week.

Warmer air and sun move back in on Monday with temperatures near normal values for late October as daytime highs reach 11°C. The slight chance of a shower arrives around midnight as the cold front moves across the region.

Tuesday will be mainly cloudy as cooler air moves in and temperatures only climb to near 6°C with a northerly wind. Skies should begin to clear in the evening as the high-pressure edges into the region.

Sunshine returns for Wednesday, but daytime highs will only be several degrees above freezing. Morning lows will be several degrees below freezing to bring a hard frost.

Thursday will see slight warming under sunny skies as temperature reach 7°C in the afternoon.

Clouds move in on Friday as daytime highs remain steady in the high single digits. There is the slight chance of a shower Friday night into Saturday.
