The last couple months have been marked by weather extremes. Colder than normal, drier than normal and recently more hot and humid than normal.

The start of June would typically see high temperatures near +20C with a little rain or thunder once or twice a week.

It seems that normal is what we get for the coming week.

Monday will see morning clouds turn into sunny skies in the afternoon. A cool northwest wind will blow all day to keep daytime highs in the upper teens.

Tuesday will start out with some sun but clouds move in during the afternoon with the risk of a shower in the evening.

Wednesday will see temperatures in the low 20s with a risk of an afternoon thunderstorm.

More widespread rain will move into the region late Wednesday, continuing into early Thursday morning.

Thursday and Friday will see partly cloudy skies with normal temperatures settling into the region.
