Two para Nordic skiers participated in the Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club’s annual Jackrabbit Olympics at Hiawatha Highlands, Saturday, March 3.

Jurnee Stadinsky and Quinn Currie (pictured) joined approximately 150 youth aged 4 to 14 to compete in three events: sprint team relays, nerf biathlon and the obstacle course.

Both Jurnee and Quinn have been skiing all season at Hiawatha Highlands and have also participated in the three time trials hosted by the Soo Finnish Nordic Ski Club.

Para Nordic skiing is adaptive cross country skiing.
