On March 15, 2014, two men broke into an address in the 400 block of MacDonald Avenue.
Once inside, they assaulted another male and threatened to kill him while brandishing a knife.
Through investigation, police learned the name of a possible suspect and placed him in a photo lineup.
Witnesses were able to identify the suspect through the photo.
Charged with assault with a weapon, threatening death and break and enter is Derek Maione, age 21, of Turner Avenue.
He will be appearing in bail court on April 7 at 10 a.m.
