Congratulations to Shaun Danuk of Blind River for winning a $250,000 top prize with Instant 24 Days To Celebrate (Game #2063).

“I’ve been playing the lottery for 20 years,” shared Shaun, while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up his winnings. “My favourite games are Instant Bingo, Lotto Max, Lott 6/49 and Daily Keno.”

Shaun, a married father of four, discovered his win while relaxing at home. “I was scratching my ticket and thought I may have won something but didn’t think much of it. I asked my wife to verify – sure enough, it was a winner. We were all so excited!”

After having the ticket validated, Shaun headed to the OLG Prize Centre. “Winning this prize is wonderful and emotional all at the same time.”

Shaun says this winning means security and a new beginning. “I have always wanted to own a house and now I can make that dream a reality. I will also be treating my family a little more this holiday season,” he concluded.

Instant 24 Days To Celebrate – the first Big Ticket offered by OLG – looks much like a holiday calendar with 24 play areas for customers to pop open and scratch. It is available for $20 and the top prize is $250,000. Odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.17.

The winning ticket was purchased at Mic’s Kwik-Way on Causley Street in Blind River.
