City Police laid a total of seven charges against William Lawrence Flemming after he was found with 150 cases of beer and a bunch of other stuff that police believe was stolen.

The 18-year-old's big stash of Sleeman beer was said to have been stolen from a trailer parked at the Water Tower Inn.

He was also found with a patio set and appliances and electronic equipment reported stolen from trailers parked at Wal-Mart and the Zellers lot on Northern Avenue.

Flemming's wardrobe was found to include work clothes reported taken from a BPX vehicle parked on Oxford Avenue.

After calling on Flemming’s residence in the 100 block of McNabb Street, police also found 10 grams of hashish oil.

The enterprising teenager is now charged with theft over $5,000, four counts of possession of stolen property, and one count of possession of a controlled substance.

He's also charged with public mischief after allegedly reporting a vehicle stolen that he had borrowed from a person known to him.
