City Police have released details on a drug bust at 152 Trelawne Street late last week.

The house was searched on Friday by officers from the Joint Forces Drug Unit, resulting in charges of possession of a controlled substance for purposes of trafficking against 28-year-old Frank Ball and 32-year-old Michael Maskell of Hamilton.

Police seized several articles of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of cocaine.

Maskell was also charged with two counts of breach of probation.

A court date of March 8 was set.

Cabbie threatened

Shawn Wysinski, 24, of Old Garden River Road and Michael Bjornaa, 19, of no fixed address will be in bail court this morning after being charged in connection with a break-in early this morning.

According to police reports, two men took a taxi from Old Garden River Road to a Chapple Street home.

There, the two men are accused of leaving the cab without paying and with threatening bodily harm to the driver.

Then, the men are said to have entered a secure building and to have broken into an apartment.

Both men are facing two charges of break and enter, as well as transportation fraud and trespassing by night.

Wysinski is also charged with threatening to cause bodily harm.
