What Kevin Sim was doing last night with dog repellant

Kevin Douglas Sim, 26, of 49 Vera Avenue, was arrested last night when he and another man were found inside a home in the 100 block of Vera. Police discovered a break-in in progress there around 10 p.m. last night.

Kevin Douglas Sim, 26, of 49 Vera Avenue, was arrested last night when he and another man were found inside a home in the 100 block of Vera.

Police discovered a break-in in progress there around 10 p.m. last night.

Sim is charged with break and enter, possession of marijuana, possession of a weapon while prohibited, breach of probation and possession of a prohibited weapon (a cannister of dog repellant).

Also found inside the building was Adam Warren, 24, of Placid Avenue.

Sim is due in bail court today.

Warren will appear in court April 5.
