Queen Street East closed from East Street to Brock Street for this free event

On Saturday, August 23, Queen Street East between East and Brock will be closed to traffic as Case's Music in collaboration with Village Media, Algoma Instrument Repair, the Sault Ste. Marie Downtown Association, LopLops and Square One merchants present the second annual Square One Block Party.

Queenstown Square One will close at 11 a.m. to prepare for the day-long free family celebration which kicks off at 12 noon with live music, complimentary food and refreshments, children's activities, face painting, local artisans and vendors, and a licensed patio.

A number of prize draws will take place throughout the day, and the Sault's own trickster Ryan McFarling will be on-site demonstrating his masterful illusions.

Celebrate summer in style with the Square One Block Party on Saturday, August 23 from noon to 7 p.m.
