Police, EMS, and city firefighters responded to the call

Wellington Street West was blocked Sunday morning as firefighters responded to a call shortly after 8:30 a.m.

Smoke was seen coming from windows on the upper floor of the building, which is near the intersection of Wellington West and Huron St.

Police and EMS also responded to the scene.
