The Wellington Street underpass will re-open on Monday, Commissioner of Engineering and Planning Jerry Dolcetti told a meeting of City Council this afternoon.
Some curb and sidewalk work must be completed over the weekend, but Dolcetti indicated that at least one lane in both directions will be open to vehicular traffic.
The underpass has been closed since the end of August.
