Weekend Outlook: Sunny skies expected

A massive areas of high pressure is poised to move into the Great Lakes region this weekend. This feature will bring sunny skies for the weekend and a return to temperatures that will be closer to seasonal values or maybe even a little above.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with daytime highs of 19°C. Skies clear later in the day and overnight.

Sunshine should return on Saturday as that high pressure moves over head with temperatures near 22 °C.

The sunshine may hang on for one more day to start next week but rain is likely by Tuesday.
