When the 10th Annual Soo Zombie Walk was cancelled this year due to lack of funding, the Soo Zombie Walk Committee was immediately overwhelmed with responses from local businesses and citizens hoping to make the event happen.
They held an event in conjunction with M.S. Norgoma to raise funds for the Soo Zombie Walk with the BOOgie Down Fundraiser last Saturday.
Tiana Daigle's love for the zombie walk has led to her organize another event, a Halloween Party hosted by Mori-Con and Koach Katrina, on Oct. 26 that will also help raise funds for next year's walk. Donations to the food bank will also be accepted.
