At 55 years old, Iole MacDonald's life changed when restructuring at her long-time employer left her without a job. Unlike most people, who would be upset by the sudden news, Iole was thrilled that she would finally have the opportunity to follow her dream. That dream was to do something she loved - hairstyling - for a sector of the community she loves - seniors.
With that, she opened a new service to our community: an exclusively mobile hair and nail salon. Iole now brings her talent as a hairstylist to countless seniors (and anyone else unable or not wanting to leave their home) across Sault Ste. Marie.
