The Goulais River is holding steady at four feet above its usual levels, Goulais Fire and Rescue Chief Bob Menard told SooToday.com around 5:30 p.m.
Until the waters subside, SooToday News is implimenting a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week Goulais River floodwatch.
