Donald Ahonen, described in a City Police news release earlier today as having suffered "minor" injuries when his bicycle was hit by a car yesterday on Albert Street, actually suffered a seriously fractured pelvis and a shattered collar bone.
His wife Valerie advised SooToday.com that arrangements were being made to airlift him to Toronto tonight for surgery.
