On the 16th of August, 2014, a male was assaulted by two males in the 300 block of Queen St. East.
One male struck the victim and the other threatened to pepper spray the victim.
Both suspects were located and arrested a short time later in the area.
Two young persons have been charged and will appear in youth court.
