Two persons attempt break and enter

On the 14th of February, 2014, at approximately 3:40 a.m., a homeowner on Salisbury Avenue called 911 to report that someone was trying to break into their garage.

Entry was not gained; however, a door to the garage was damaged and a screen window was cut.

Officers from Patrol Services attended in the area and were able to locate the two suspects.

Jody Edwards, 23 years old, of Elmwood Avenue has been charged with one count of trespass by night, one count of attempt break and enter, one count of mischief and one count of breach of probation.

Mr. Edwards will appear in bail court this morning.

Kya-Lee Neveu, 19 years old, of Pim Street has been charged with one count of trespass by night and will appear in court on March 17, 2014.
