Two dogs found near death, seeking owner (video)

On Wednesday, January 22, 2014, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Chapleau Detachment investigated a case involving two abandoned dogs.
 
The dogs were found by a passing motorist approximately 30 km west of Chapleau on a desolate part of  Highway 101.
 
When found, both animals were near death with a temperature of -35 degrees that morning.
 
The owner of these two dogs has not been identified and we need your help.
