Two bus detours due to repair work

Please be advised of the following Second Line Detour:

A portion of McNabb Street will be closed to throughway traffic for three days starting Monday August 25, Tuesday August 26, and Wednesday August 27, 2014

The road closure will be from St. Georges Avenue East at Grand Boulevard to Algoma Avenue will begin at 6 a.m. on August 25.

The road closure is necessary for the public works and transportation department to repair a sanitary sewer.

The outbound Second Line bus (departing the terminal) will not service the following stops:

• Gore Street
• North Street
• St. Georges to Gladstone

The outbound detour will be:

• Terminal
• Tancred
• Albert
• Bruce
• Gladstone
• St. Georges

Transit Services apologises for any inconvenience to our passengers.

We will resume regular service as soon as the construction is complete.

Please be advised that Sault Ste. Marie Transit has the following detour information for our passengers using the Riverside route from Tuesday, August 26 to Thursday, August 28, 2014

The outbound and inbound Riverside will not be servicing stops between Elizabeth Street and Boundary Road due to construction work at Shannon Road.

The detour route will be:

• Outbound - Queen to McGregor to Wellington to Bennett to Boundary to Queen
• Inbound - Queen to Boundary to Bennett to Wellington to McGregor to Queen

Algoma University will be serviced by the Sault College Route (no changes to this route).

Transit Services wished to apologize for any inconvenience to it passengers, regular route will resume when construction is complete.
