It’s council night tonight and we’ll be livestreaming the entire meeting on LOCAL2 starting at 4:30 p.m.

Here is some of what’s on the agenda tonight:

Sandra Hollingsworth will sit for the first time as Ward 2 councillor after her by-election win last week.

A preliminary 2016 budget proposed by city staff calls for a 5.23-percent levy increase.

Council will decide how best to honour hockey player Ron Francis, which may include renaming a street or a corporate suite at the Essar Centre
