Three males arrested after multiple offences

On December 22, 2013, at 6 a.m. officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Superior East Hornepayne Detachment were advised that a 2003 Ford F-150 had just been stolen from a residence on Riverside Drive in Hornepayne. 

This vehicle was recovered shortly thereafter and returned undamaged to the owner.

A second complaint was received at 6:40 a.m. from another resident on Riverside Drive that someone had attempted to steal their 2010 snow machine. 

OPP investigation led to the discovery of more criminal offences including a break and enter to a third residence on Riverside Drive.

As a result three males were arrested and charged with the following;

Kashtin Zacharie-Daigle, 22 years of age of Sudbury, Ontario

1. Theft over $5,000 of motor vehicle – 2 counts
2. Possession of stolen property over $5,000
3. Possession of stolen property under $5,000
4. Break and enter
5. Fail to comply with probation order

Joshawa Zacharie, 25 years of age of Sudbury, Ontario

1. Theft over $5,000 of motor vehicle
2. Possession of stolen property over $5,000
3. Fail to comply with probation order

Donald Wright, 26 years of age of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

1. Theft over $5,000 of motor vehicle
2. Possession of stolen property over $5,000

All three accused were transported to Sault Ste. Marie to appear for a bail hearing.
