Thoughtful snowshoers leave a sweet message for F.J. Davey Home residents

Small, random acts making a huge difference in our community amid COVID-19 fears

SooToday received some heartwarming photos from Jeff Boyle at the F.J. Davey Home.

Three thoughtful snowshoers painted a cheerful message in the snowy field to the east of the home on Thursday afternoon. The icy note reads "thinking of you."

The F.J. Davey Home, along with other homes, are currently closed to non-essential visitors and services due to COVID-19. This takes away from the day-to-day routine of residents, and can leave some feeling very isolated and lonely during these trying times.

This random act of kindness brightened the day of residents, bringing tears and goose bumps to the staff during this time of crisis.
