Third cannabis retailer opens in the Sault

There's officially another cannabis retailer in town.

Sessions Cannabis is hosting a modified grand opening today.

Located at 216 Second Line W., Sessions in the Sault (beside M&M Meats Shop and Subway) will not be welcoming customers inside the store for its grand opening day due to the current lockdown, but the store will be open for curbside pick-up and free 90-minute delivery as of today. 

”We are proud to build our brand in this community while elevating the legal cannabis retail industry,” says Steven Fry, CEO and co-founder of Sessions Cannabis. “These are unique times to be opening retail stores. We really have to market ourselves to make sure this shutdown keeps legal retail competitive and customers out of the black market.” 

Both online and in-store, Sessions offers a range of product types including dried flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, edibles, beverages, and accessories. 

Sessions Cannabis was started over a year ago, opening 14 locations across the province so far with another 31 in the works for 2021. 

The Sault now hosts three cannabis stores. Hello Cannabis and Cannabis Jacks both opened in 2020.
