Saturday Art Making: Learn art techniques in drawing, painting, sculpture and mixed media taught by local artists and art educators. Hosted at the Art Gallery of Algoma, 50 East Street, from 10 a.m. to noon for ages 6 to 12 years. Session runs from March 22 to May 3. Call 705-949-0967 for details.

Saturday Art Club: Parents and children will work together to discover art in the studio and in the exhibition galleries. While exploring lots of art mediums, this class will provide opportunities for creative play and fun learning. Passport to Unity will host Juno Award winning Canadian artists A Tribe Called Red for an up-close and personal meet-and-greet at the Sault College Health And Wellness Centre at 2 p.m. The event is free and open to all ages. A Tribe Called Red will return to the Health And Wellness Centre for a live performance with local openers LOCAL and Outspoken.
