City Police report today that a third person has been charged in connection with an October 19 drug bust on Biggings Avenue.
Sean Hurley, 28, of 179 Biggings Avenue was arrested yesterday morning and charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance and one count of production of a controlled drug or substance.
Police also accused Hurley of failing to notify them of a change of address as required by a release document.
He's therefore been charged with breaching a release order.
Hurley's expected in court on December 5.
