Tara throws stuff. Charged with escape lawful custody

On January 16, 2013 Tara Siobhan McKinley, age 33 of 750 Pine Street was arrested on outstanding warrants.

An officer assigned to Investigation Services was in the area of the Station Mall at 293 Bay Street and came across the accused.

The officer was assisted by uniform officers.

While waiting for assistance the accused threw her personal items at the detective and attempted to flee on foot.

The accused was apprehended and charged with escape lawful custody.

The warrants included failing to attend court X 4, breach of probation and breach of recognizance.

The accused will appear in WASH Court on February 17, 2013 – (Weekend and Statutory Holiday Video Court).
