Stephen charged with impaired

On June 18, 2014 at approximately 5:15 p.m., city police attended in the area of Fifth Avenue in regard to a complaint of a possible impaired driver.

The accused, Stephen Connor, 66 years old of Fifth Avenue, was observed driving his vehicle on Devon Road.

Subsequent investigation resulted in Mr. Connor being charged with CC 253 (b), Over 80.

He will be appearing in court on July 21, 2014.
