On the 29 June 2014 at 1:30 a.m. City Police were surprised to see a vehicle being driven without the front passenger tire on Korah Road.
It was not difficult to spot as sparks were flying behind the rim.
Police turned to stop the vehicle and the driver attempted to duck down residential neighborhood streets.
Police pulled the vehicle over where the driver was found to be impaired by alcohol.
It was also discovered the accused was on conditions not to have care or control of a motor vehicle and had a curfew to remain in his residence.
His previous surety had requested to be removed as his guarantor because the accused was not abiding by his release order.
He will be appearing in bail court on Monday at 10 a.m.
Charged is Ryan Young (age 21) of Woodcroft Avenue with two counts of breach of a recognizance, one count of impaired driving and one count of care and control.
