The 2017 Queen Street Cruise kicked off on Friday.
At around 4 p.m. vintage vehicles and sports cars started showing up in the parking lot of the Essar Centre before participating in 'the cruise' down Bay Street and Queen Street.
According to an event press release the event is all about celebrating 'the nostalgia of what used to be. Fast cars, good friends and rock and roll. The Cruise invites car lovers to come together and go back in time; cruising the streets, showcasing their rides, and enjoying good old fun.'
Reggie's Tavern also had their second annual 'Show n' Shine' motorcycle show.
On Saturday the two-day event continues with a 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. car show on Queen Street.
