************************* Snowsqualls this morning.

A fast-moving cold front is crossing Lake Superior this morning on the wings of very strong westerly winds.

In the wake of the front, heavy flurries and localized snowsqualls will continue this morning to the east of Lake Superior.

Heavy snow and blowing snow will create frequent whiteout conditions for much of the day.

Localized snowfall amounts of 15 to 20 centimetres are expected.

Conditions are expected to improve this evening as winds diminish and the squalls weaken and push south of the warned regions.
